Allan Rosengren – Chairman
Allan co-founded Falcon Group plc in 1983 with Julian Telling who he had met whilst working at a national firm of financial brokers.
During Falcon’s early years Allan developed a high net worth clientele and was instrumental in attracting high quality advisers to the business.
Allan is Joint Chief Executive of our AIM Listed holding business – Lighthouse Group Plc.

Stephen Gazard - Managing Director
Stephen joined the Financial Services industry in 1997 from an entrepreneurial background as part of Prudential's Financial Planning Service. Following a rather unremarkable start he moved to the independent sector within a National IFA as an adviser but rapidly moving through the management ranks. Following the successful private placing of the main holding company he was instrumental in the formation and delivery of a 'partnership' proposition. As Development Director he was responsible for the growth and development of the adviser team.
Frustrated and constrained by his opportunities he aligned with Falcon Group as Commercial Director before being appointed as Managing Director.
Stephen is the key driver of the Falcon business with responsibility for the strategic development, direction and operations.

Peter Smith - Finance Director
Peter joined on 6 May 2008 as a result of the merger with Sumus plc. Peter is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly a partner with KPMG and group finance director of Christie-Tyler Group, one of the UK’s largest upholstered furniture manufacturers.
During his time working in private practice, both as an audit partner and latterly in corporate finance Peter has gained substantial experience of the financial services industry.
Peter is responsible for overseeing the group’s finance function.

Louise Whelan – Compliance & Operations Director
Louise qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and practised litigation for many years before entering the world of financial services in 1999.
Louise was Company secretary for Falcon Group Plc and Sumus Group Plc for many years before handing over the role to concentrate on her main function.
Louise is responsible for the Compliance, Quality Standards and Risk within Falcon Group as well as jointly handling the operations with Stephen Gazard.
